    They truly care about the well-being of their people> I feel like my voice is heard. They are looking for the best ideas to continually improve their service to our clients. It doesn't matter where the idea comes from, if it's a good idea they will implement it.
  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
    The leadership team is genuinely invested in the personal growth of their fellow team members. Their open-door policy and willingness to accept feedback are greatly appreciated. This is the first time that I have worked with such a diverse leadership team that is also devoted to their team's needs.

    I love how we collaborate together. If there is an issue or opportunity we get together to discuss it as a team with our CEO/CDO/COO!. They are a part of the discussion and help us to make the best decision together.

    I feel that some people with the same title get paid more for no apparent reason. It sometimes makes me feel that I am not as appreciated as others who perform less.

    Honestly stop debating political/religious topics at work. It has no place. I don't want to come in to work knowing I am going to hear a debate that is not work related.
