Don't tell me directly that you don't care if I live or die when I am asking for a reasonable accommodation that does not cost the company money or affect my performance. Pay me a competitive salary. Have some form of career progression.

Mechanical engineering team manager with the initials RW should be trained to create a positive work environment. Micro-managing and being rude to your team members and treating junior team members as incapable is not constructive. It destroys morale, motivation, and creates a toxic work environment

The leadership tries hard within the limits to help with work life balance. I think they could do better with salaries, though.

we are under paid compared to the industry average. Comp plans do not change to properly reflect outcomes. Commissions are split to compensate rather then pay multiple people on the same sale

This company has no internal culture. If you don't already have friends you will never get them. Anyone outside my team is incredibly hostile towards communication, despite them not documenting things, or putting out intentionally misleading documentation.

Attract and recruit more diverse talent, specifically women. There are so few on the sales and SE side of the house.

Be more inclusive and treat everyones hard work equally.

Engineers globally need to increase the quality of their case management. There is a common issue with cases not having proper case notes, or going weeks without communication with the customer.

I was hired into a group acquired as a startup - there is resistance in the group towards adopting some new practices that would improve quality of results but also slow down development.

There are no colors in the office. It is black and white, concerning people and the environment. Snack bar has unhealthy options, there is no sun light in the office. No breakfast, lunch, or dinner offerings.
