I got a raise but it was 1% of my pay i have been here for 3 years and the one thing tbat is making me look elsewhere is because of the pay not keeping up w the rising market , even a bonus at then end of the year or some compensation per year

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive team focus, which seems to be improving. However some past decisions and ways of operating by people who may have left still have repercussions for working teams and there isn't recognition of things that went wrong there and how they still affect work.
