What makes you most happy at work?
The company allows and encourages usage of new technologies. Modern cloud-based approaches and up to date software is used in many cases. To be on top of development trends, there are many conferences attended every year; in-house tech meetups are held as well.
I can work comfortably without feeling too pressured by management, work-life balance

the company is being run badly because the exec team is concerned about the wrong things. they keep focusing on culture and organization processes when the problem is the lack of employee retention.

Our product process, from ideation to product management to working with other departments to company communication could be significantly improved.
