We do a lot of all company team building activities which include idea generation to fun nights like bowling. HR hosts a lot of effective trainings - very different than other companies I've worked at.

There is a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and that manifests in things like Summer Fridays, frequent company outings, and allowances to spend as you wish on educational pursuits. In general, the atmosphere is very friendly and collaborative.
