The leadership team is dedicated to creating an environment of Safety and Inclusion. They are highly knowledgeable and are amazingly willing to share that knowledge with anyone who is willing to absorb it. I have tremendous trust and respect for our senior leadership team.
Excellent work place great employee
My managers care about their employees and also care about the hospital. They show their pride and it makes a difference.

Manager follows policy (only when convenient). She is abrasive, condescending, and sarcastic when addressing staff. Morale of staff has declined since she took position.

We have a choice in health insurance and have many options for other benefits as well.
They gave travelers less and staff more. They should lay travelers off when staff want more work.
Higher hourly rate and more than 3 percent or less annual raise

Management coukd be less toxic and hold to their promises. The staff may help out one another if they felt valued and supported.

It was long ago but I remember being comfortable with the manager and being excited about the possibilities.
