What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are excited to grow the hospital
The leadership team is dedicated to creating an environment of Safety and Inclusion. They are highly knowledgeable and are amazingly willing to share that knowledge with anyone who is willing to absorb it. I have tremendous trust and respect for our senior leadership team.
Excellent work place great employee
My managers care about their employees and also care about the hospital. They show their pride and it makes a difference.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership, communication, diversity and inclusion. Holding doctors accountable.
Manager follows policy (only when convenient). She is abrasive, condescending, and sarcastic when addressing staff. Morale of staff has declined since she took position.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Decent amount of PTO, easy to get time off
Bonus we get every year
We have a choice in health insurance and have many options for other benefits as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They gave travelers less and staff more. They should lay travelers off when staff want more work.
Higher hourly rate and more than 3 percent or less annual raise
What are some of the best things about your team?
The hard working team members.
Working together with all the employees
We all care about the same thing which is also the mission of the hospital.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management coukd be less toxic and hold to their promises. The staff may help out one another if they felt valued and supported.

Great environment easy going great job

Management's condescending tone towards employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Don’t know just being
It was long ago but I remember being comfortable with the manager and being excited about the possibilities.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Calling back after first application.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of helping families. Knowing that I make a positive difference in their lives .
Seeing my favorite colleauges and the kids.
Being with my friend and staying busy
Interacting with my coworkers and taking care of the children

Upper management needs to be professional and not micromanage.
