Growing company with heart. If you want to keep peolple for the long term, consider doing more with the 401k, currently no match. All competitors have a 401k match.

Great place to work, but work life balance is an issue. I work in a different time zone and get contacted from early in the morning to late in the evening. I wish I could disconnect and have a manager that respects my time balance.
