Not much care from leadership for their employees - a lot of "lip service" of what they do. They do things to look good and seek out opportunities to get in the press. Things aren't always what you see.

Great place to work, but work life balance is an issue. I work in a different time zone and get contacted from early in the morning to late in the evening. I wish I could disconnect and have a manager that respects my time balance.
