What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have the best facilities manager in the business, who works tirelessly to make the office a fun physical space. Managers foster a fun, collaborative, positive experience. There are also employee groups focused on growth and professional development (Toastmasters, mentoring, women's network)
