What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have the best facilities manager in the business, who works tirelessly to make the office a fun physical space. Managers foster a fun, collaborative, positive experience. There are also employee groups focused on growth and professional development (Toastmasters, mentoring, women's network)

What makes you most happy at work?
I have been given support by both my manager, and the head of my department. They listen to both my concerns, and my positive feedback, and use the information to help me build an environment conducive to personal growth and success. I also have a fun team, that builds each other up.
