It has been a great experience so far. The people team has been amazing and working with the engineering/DA team has been great. The only thing I would say to improve is maybe being clearer about expectations for the aitl workflow. It feels like there's still expectations I hadnt know about.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The emphasis on growing with the company and developing yourself
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the flow of marking emails and monitoring them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very nice and sociable. I enjoy our happy hours together
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the home office stipend but if I wasnt part time I would say the healthcare.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are very connected with their team and hold meetings everyday and biweekly to track progress and give us guidance.
