Everyone watches for others on the team and keeps their back. It is the sportsmanship that I love about my team

I like how everyone is aligned to a common goal and that is making this company bigger and establishing a presence in the industry.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compensation is sub-par in contrast to competitors for the amount worked. Long hours, less compensation. Leadership does not make employees feel valued even though the amount of time they spend working. Hardly any recognition of work
