People care. They want to help you get to your goals and are interested in each other as people.

I like getting to work on interesting problems with coworkers who are equally excited about the challenges we solve

Considering how busy everyone on the leadership team is I think they still put in the work to build a good culture and a great team

This is an absolutely outstanding group of people who are dedicated and passionate and focused, but who will always take the time to help their teammates succeed together.
What makes you most happy at work?
We get to work on things that make a difference with a great team. Having everything you do really count makes every part of the job more rewarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I not only look forward to interacting with the team because they're fun and motivating, but I know there will be someone there if it's a rough day or a difficult project.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've heard some (mostly) joking comments about how much the new talent costs, it can get in your mind that there is imbalance even if there isn't. It'd be good to get an idea of what the bands are.
