Besides the work, which I find fulfilling, the people are what keeps me coming to Armorblox every day. I'm happy to talk with my coworkers and work together on what we are building. I feel confident in where the leaders are taking us and can feel their confidence in the team to get it done.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My time here at Armorblox has been an incredible journey. I feel that every day comes with new challenges. It's been amazing growing the team and working alongside my teammates as we reach new goals! Working at a startup can be a lot of work, but I'm glad to do this alongside the team we have.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. I'm happy to be able to work with the people I do.

I feel that what I do makes a difference. That makes me feel so satisfied with what I do and makes me feel that I am important part of this company!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership takes the time to have themselves available to answer questions. As their schedules get increasingly busier, I'm glad they still want to make connections with all employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that I am paid competitively and that Armorblox works at checking in to make sure my compensation matches with what my role is and what is happening in the market.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the transparency of our leadership team. We have many different avenues for sharing out news as well as feedback. Our leadership team always seeks feedback and take that feedback and create action from it!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the equity we are given as well as the compensation itself. The best part about the compensation package would be the way it is evaluated. I'm glad it is reviewed and that Armorblox strives to have their employees paid at a higher than average perentile.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect about our culture is our team! I enjoy talking with my teammates (whether from department or outside) and working together to achieve this incredible goal we have! Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand no matter the task and I always appreciate that!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy the company of my teammates! Through COVID it can be hard to get to know people on a deeper level, so I'm glad that we have had opportunities to get to know each other through some fun virtual events as well as some in person happy hours!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How we want to stay connected. This past year of the pandemic, Armorblox could have easily been all business, but the culture and connectedness was still a huge part of the company. With things like the Better Together events or open office hours, we can connect outside of work issues
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone wants to be part of the team. If I ever need help, so many people are willing to jump in and do what they can to help (whether it's a big or small). I feel like everyone is invested in the work we are doing, but also the well-being of their teammates.
