Every day I feel that my efforts are making this a more secure world that we live in. That's the driver for me each day...I want to see our world be more secure. The best part is that I'm confident that the entire team thinks this way. Armorblox is a name that will be around for years to come.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Armorblox has given me so much over these past two years. The leadership team has challenged me and celebrated me, which is the best way to grow in your career. The humility of our leadership team has led to a culture that anybody would be proud to be a part of. Armorblox truly is a special place.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team - interacting every day with our incredible people. It's the best part of working at Armorblox.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team is always available. You can always ask them questions, spend time with them catching up, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are visionaries - they see the big picture, but don't lose sight of what must be done today in order to achieve sustained success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's always being revamped (in a good way). There is no ceiling on what the compensation can be, as hard work is recognized and dedication to the company is returned tenfold!

Leadership is invested in each and every employee at Armorblox. It's one team pulling the rope in the same direction here. Everybody works hard, but everybody respects one another and cares for one another.

There is always an opportunity to increase your compensation with hard work and good reviews from management. I would say that Armorblox pays at the top end of what one would expect in this industry.
What makes you most happy at work?
Armorblox has a product that every company needs. Literally every company is struggling with protecting their users from email attacks. Armorblox is dedicated to making a difference in this industry and that in itself equates to a place worth working at.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody respects and cares for one another. Also, everybody has an open door approach to how they do business here. If you ever wanted to talk to anybody about anything, the door is always open. One team pulling the rope in the same direction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is pulling the rope in the same direction. Nobody looks inward for their own best interest...this team is full of people that look at what they can do for their coworkers to help the company succeed. It is the definition of "team" here at Armorblox.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The People Team here at Armorblox is always looking for fun and creative ways to keep the team engaged as we slowly (but surely) come out from the recent pandemic. Remote work is tough, but I've never seen such dedication and effort put into connecting the team in fun and creative ways.
