Compensation is sub-par in contrast to competitors for the amount worked. Long hours, less compensation. Leadership does not make employees feel valued even though the amount of time they spend working. Hardly any recognition of work

In a remote environment, it's important to be expeditious with communication and lending a hand to helping other team members out when we're unable to walk down the hall to another cubicle.

Long hours, high pressure, less compensation, undervalued
Fast pace and interruption of long term goals with day-to-day fires making any concerted efforts/planning difficult
