- What is the best part about your compensation package?The salary is the best part

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication. I honestly have no idea what long range plans are for the organization. This company is stuck in a "good ol' boy" network mentality.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They recently changed the commission structure for sales to put more emphasis on product profit margin, but they won't tell us how this component is calculated. The result is a 35% reduction in payout each quarter. Hardly seems fair & certainly not motivating.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Lots of finger pointing and blaming.
