The company says a lot of things that they then do not follow up on. People are always asking for training and hardly seem to receive anything of good quality.

Most of my team are a delight to be around

When I complete all of my tasks and ensure that my team have achieved theirs too
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The directors try very hard to do what is best but there is a lot of pushback from below and that is mainly from lack of motivation
