I'm still new to the company and I'm in training. So far everyone is super nice and helpful when it comes to the training. I love that you are constantly staying busy and helping to get things done in a timely manner. Security is on point making sure you are badged in and they have amazing coffee

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Business Success Role don't have a big commission which is a bummer for some of us wanting to make more money.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not sure on this one. I haven't met many of them directly to talk one on one but in the zoom meetings they're fired up and love answering questions about Arrive and how to better ourselves here. The org chart of many roles are a little confusing and I'm still wondering what each lead role does
