What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are all dialed in and they are always able to provide guidance.
very approachable and active in the office
Very laid back but motivating
I'm not sure on this one. I haven't met many of them directly to talk one on one but in the zoom meetings they're fired up and love answering questions about Arrive and how to better ourselves here. The org chart of many roles are a little confusing and I'm still wondering what each lead role does

Managing, tactics literally change daily
What is the best part about your compensation package?
they had a good compensation package
There is a great range of benefits to choose from
I have the ability to treat myself.
Business Success Role don't have a big commission which is a bummer for some of us wanting to make more money.
Unlimited time off. Stocks bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel like i should be making more considering the hours put in and the stress that comes with working in freight
was given a promotion and my pack was cut 6 weeks later for over paying me

everyone had good communication and effort
We back each other up.
great attitudes and a casual atmosphere
Its a vibe and they are super chill

i liked that i could sell myself honestly and speak with people who actually worked on the floor

commission is very fair and you get rewarded for your effort
