Very laid back but motivating
I'm not sure on this one. I haven't met many of them directly to talk one on one but in the zoom meetings they're fired up and love answering questions about Arrive and how to better ourselves here. The org chart of many roles are a little confusing and I'm still wondering what each lead role does
