What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a lot of potential for working on multiple projects at a time, and ample assistance given from management to reach not only your professional goal, but also your personal ones as well.
Cool guys under harsh conditions
Managers are very respectful towards one another and there is a very strong work/life balance. Hours are flexible, and leadership does a great job to not disturb people after hours, or on vacations or holidays.

Everyone cares about putting out the best product possible and is very helpful in reporting and fixing issues.
There is a great deal of of cross-department collaboration that makes for a very rewarding and positive work environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The entire team is very passionate about the platform, and believes in the CEO and her longterm vision for the company.

The interview process was really casual and it involved the people I ultimately ended up working closely with.
