What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company treats employees like people. Everyone is very mindful. A lot of thought goes into culture decisions. Mgmt makes meaningful changes based on feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent. They are also already wealthy and are not looking to make a quick buck. They make decisions that benefit employees, not just themselves or investors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is not only extremely smart, they are also thoughtful people from diverse backgrounds. Two members are from different countries and the rest of us are from different U.S. regions. This fosters fun and interesting conversations!
