Mr. Duane D. Holloway has been an Executive Vice President of Ascena Retail Group Inc. since July 2016 and has been its General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Ascena Retail Group Inc. since January 18, 2016. Mr. Holloway served as Senior Vice President at Ascena Retail Group Inc. from January 18, 2016 to July 2016. He joined Ascena Retail Group Inc. from CoreLogic, where he was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and led the U.S. legal department. Mr. Holloway spent several years in executive positions with Caesars Entertainment Corporation, as Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel, Operations & Litigation. He practiced corporate law with the international law firm of Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells). Mr. Holloway holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
