What is your Long term goal.
Standard questions. The issue is the interviewer doesn't have the background or knowledge of the position and we end up with wrongly skilled staff

It's not that difficult to change your department. Depends what skills you have and which department you are switching to.

More of a conversation and looking at linked in.
What part of Ascendum Solutions's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The part growing the fastest is the one that signs the newest deal. When a big deal is struck all focus goes there. No real business model in place
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Ascendum Solutions?
Start at the leadership layer. Bring in proven leaders with backgrounds to grown the company. Too many chiefs running in different directs to make it all work. Training would be the key. There is none today.
How's the work life balance at Ascendum Solutions?
Not great. You are expected to be available always

How does Ascendum Solutions make decisions around promotions?
They really don't promote from within. They hire new CEOs with Indian backgrounds and ties. The staff is then brought in around that. I have not seen a promotion as long as I've know about Ascendum
