What do you like best about the leadership team?
Respectful and keeps our team informed.
Concerned for employees, tries to do the best for us, works with us with job requirements and personal situations

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The whole package is just amazing.
Compensation package isn't as robust as some other companies, but the sense of 'value' is installed in the culture.
The pay is great and quite a good benefits package. They have good programs to supplement in places where the main benefits fall short.
PTO and 401k is decent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Temp workers paid more than permanent employees, no contributions to 401(k), no pto for entire first year
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very experienced and willing to share ideas.
Experience and expertise, but open-minded to accept new ideas.
Good group, work well together, help each other when needed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being considered a valued employee.
Desire to support the end-users need, ultimately a positive impact on the Army.
Mission first mentality while simultaneously taking care of employees.
Good interaction with others, lower level management tries to do the best possible for the employees, can be fun environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More connectivity with their employees. More relationship building between managers and their people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The part i liked the most was when they asked me what my expectations of them were.
Initial interview was with a friend, subsequent interview lengthy but required for security clearance, overall fairly easy

Collaborating with teammates to support the clients mission.
Supporting the clients needs, ultimately proving support to the end-users.
easy work, courteous callers, relaxed environment
working with coworkers/friends, variety of tasks necessary for job, amazing coffee machines and fresh fruit available daily
