What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More in person team meetings
Most of the coworkers are great, but I had a few who were constantly trying to undermine or be sneaky and try to throw their coworkers under the bus.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to listen to their workers and take their complaints seriously. If they listened to them instead of making it about money, more people would stay on as workers.
