What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sticking together during tough times and making a great product.
Autonomy to create and contribute with full support. Very transparent company in failings and successes which makes you feel a part of the process, strategies and journey.
I work at a recognition company, and the leadership teams eats the pudding. Recognition is powerful and the leadership team has a great vision.

Good communications and everyone taking responsibilities and working towards a common goal.
Openness, honesty, support, and transparency.
Everyone is eager, motivated and supportive!
Bold ideas thrive. When we make decisions, we move fast. If we fail, we fail fast, AB test and move on to the next one but we all have conviction along the way!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no hierarchy and everyone is treated as peers.
The support from my collegaues.
Our company is built on recognition. Everyone feels seen and recognized for the hard work and accomplishments.
I work at a recognition company...... We use our own product and we actually do recognize each other frequently... it's awesome!

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was comfortable and challenging at the same time.
Informal, but professional and thorough.
It was a collaborative conversation to see if not only I would be a good fit for the company, but also if the company would be a good fit for me.
Culture was a big part of the interview but the one thing I liked most was the emphasis on deliverables. It's a company where competency thrives and smart work is rewarded.
