Positive Reviews From AssetWorks Employees

  • What did you like most about the interview process?
Nice people, very positive and upbeat, maybe more than they should have been about the state of where the department was heading (they overemphasized their focus on test driven development and good coding practices)

Constructive Feedback From AssetWorks Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Continual requests for shadowing, training, or even just a basic onboarding session from someone experienced when placed on a new project goes a long way - these requests were ignored for months and never came to fruition. For amount of work and time to do it, feels undervalued for industry
