Attitude, the way they treat people, and employees, the way the place is ran.
I loved the residents but the management could have used some improvement.
They have already got the ball rolling with a new upper management team. I can't speak on them yet because they just got here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the fact that they will pay for school and also their vacation rollover and stuff like that is really nice

I am only part time - however I do feel that the majority of employees are under-paid considering the responsibilities that they have.

We have a policy called hometown hospitality that really brings together our team and a good way and allows us to have a regimented way to act towards those around us

That I get to work with adults with some form of dementia. They have struggles every day and I am learning so much from them.
My coworkers and residents are great. They are very helpful ,positive and fun to work with witch is unusual most of the time I just wish upper management would have been better.

I like that they allowed me to say the things in my past that made me a good candidate for the job I also liked that they had a nurse in there as well as the administrator to sort of give her opinion on my eligibility

The interviewer really took time to explain about the position and about the place of work and was very respectful and considerate of me. The atmosphere in that place was present. All employees really do care for the residents.
