What makes you most happy at work?
My residents and the fact that I love what I do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are great they all do the work and with positive attitudes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we should get at least an annual raise also it shows that you value your employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They have already got the ball rolling with a new upper management team. I can't speak on them yet because they just got here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers and residents are great. They are very helpful ,positive and fun to work with witch is unusual most of the time I just wish upper management would have been better.
