What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team truly listens. That doesn't mean they act on every suggestion given by employees...it means they carefully review all feedback and implement changes that will benefit both the employees and the company overall.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people make me most happy at work. Knowing I'm surrounded, both physically and digitally, by a group of people who are always there to support, guide, and build me up is an amazing feeling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is made up of people who are passionate about their work and always willing to provide feedback and constructive criticism. They also just happen to be amazing human beings with whom I love collaborating.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the opportunity for growth, promotions, and the increased focus on mental health. Our leaders truly do care about the employees, and for those who say otherwise, they aren't taking advantage of all the available benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sense of family at Associa is real. Supporting each other always comes first, and if I have a concern, I feel 100% comfortable in sharing it with my manager and know I will receive support and guidance. The Associa family puts people first.
