The leadership team is very supportive. They listen to feedback and actually take it under advisement before making a decision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The department that I work in is extremely collaborative. We have challenges because we are all passionate about what we do, but in the end we work well because we care about the client.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Most individuals do not believe that they are fairly compensated and while there may be some truth to this, I do not believe the compensation level at Associa is any different than any other companies that I have worked for. Ask for what you believe you are worth and if they do not match, go get it
