What is the best part about your compensation package?

Have great benefits and i believe i am fairly paid

health coverage is very good

Unlimited vacation, flexibility and the ability to work remotely from anywhere

This is the first time I have made not only a livable wage at a job...but significantly above that. They truly pay me for my talents.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is not equal to the industry. Company recently cut everyone's pension in half to raise the starting wage. Don't believe the largest merit raise hype, the employees lost out. Its a okay on words.
