What do you like best about the leadership team?
leadership listens to the employees and looks at all options to assist them in their needs
The executive team gives employees a lot of independence and scope to innovate, and several leaders who believe that "people matter".
They are accessible. 5 months in and I have already spoken and had meetings with many of them. They want to be visible and don't hide from their colleagues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Have great benefits and i believe i am fairly paid

This is the first time I have made not only a livable wage at a job...but significantly above that. They truly pay me for my talents.
What are some of the best things about your team?
work together and very little drama
Colleagues are bright, respectful and very helpful. They are invested in making sure that everybody succeeds.
Work with some great people but they are leaving now.
Very flexible and they care a lot about work life balance. They are the first to step up and help you in anyway they can. No question is stupid on our team - they are encouraged.

Warm and congenial atmosphere. People of all genders/races/educational backgrounds are treated equally and given equal opportunities.
Its definitely not the management
You are supported and respected. They understand you have a life outside of work and want you to be able to leave work at work each night.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were mostly situational, and were not standard. I liked how transparent my Boss was during the interview about where they were, and where they wanted to go in the future. I felt an instant connect with his leadership style and chose this over a higher paying job
They were very clear about next steps and never left me hanging. They were very transparent about wages and job expectations.
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing i am making a difference
Technical challenges, a wonderful Boss, and friendly colleagues
The opportunities to learn and my coworkers. I have learned more here than I probably did all of college.
