They have been very transparent in goals and direction; however one may not know whether and how this affects the role that you play.
They are not pretentious. They are relatable.

Experience/expertise not factored into compensation
Because this company is cheap, and bigoted, and acts as if it is determined to remain that way.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not sure they can improve. The corporate culture keeps everyone overworked and overwhelmed.

It has been some time for me but I beleive the process is rather informal and based on the hiring managers vs HR

I am most happy when my customers are happy meaning I can deliver solutions that work for them. AP can be rigid in adapting to customer needs

This company is failing at the top. It needs to be overhauled.
