Mr. Richard S. Dziadzio has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Assurant, Inc. since July 18, 2016. Mr. Dziadzio served as US Finance Chief of QBE Insurance Group Ltd. since August 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of QBE Holdings, Inc. since August 2013 until July, 2016. He served as Chief Financial Officer of QBE Investments (North America) Inc. from August 1, 2013 to July 2016. From April 2012 to July 2013, Mr. Dziadzio served as Chief Financial Officer of ANV, a specialty underwriter. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of MONY Life Insurance Co. of America until April 2012 and also served as its Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of AXA Financial, Inc. from January 9, 2007 to April 13, 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Axa Equitable Life Insurance Co. until April 13, 2012 and as its Senior Executive Vice President from February 2010 to April 13, 2012. Mr. Dziadzio joined AXA Financial and AXA Equitable in July 2004 and was elected Executive Vice President in September 2004. He served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of AXA Financial and AXA Equitable from September 2005 to January 9, 2007. He served as Senior Vice President of AXA. Prior to AXA Financial, He held various positions with subsidiaries and affiliates of the AXA Group, which he originally joined in 1994 as a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department, working primarily on mergers and acquisitions. In 1997, he was promoted to Corporate Finance Officer, handling corporate finance activities for the Group in insurance and asset management in the U.S. and U.K. In 1998, Mr. Dziadzio served as the Head of Finance & Administration at AXA Real Estate Investment Managers. From February 2001 to June 2004, he was responsible for business support and development at AXA Financial, AllianceBernstein L.P., and AXA IM. He serves as the Chairman of Advest Trust. He serves as a Director of AllianceBernstein L.P. He served as a Director of Alliancebernstein Corporation since May 2007 and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. from February 2001 to May 2004. Mr. Dziadzio holds an MBA from INSEAD and BS from University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
