What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership here is a petty group of women who get off on their power
There are a lot of offices and they need to work on having consistent polices, better internal communication, and making the company more cohesive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was made to feel like I was less then human for having disabilities
I would like my salary to be increased to what it was originally.
They definitely underpay compared to industry standards.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They would first need to improve themselves as no one there actually cares for one another.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They love to say we have great culture but don't actually do anything to improve it. Turnover is constant.
