What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Almost everything. Managers are very insecure, looking after themselves.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Decent pay, but we were bought out and remain at our previous company pay. New hires are being offered much less.
5.5% annual 401K match towards retirement, irrespective of having a 401K account

I consider my team- my region in Retina to be the best in the industry.

Make an agenda, keep minutes, show up, participate without hostility and derision.

Have a better HR involvement.

We were not interviewed. We were bought out & brought on board.

Interviewers should attempt to be prepared.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much of micro management .
Hostility, toxic behaviour, bullying. Generally terrible behavior.
