They lead by example, showing genuine care for employees' well-being and professional growth. Their open-door policy encourages open communication and collaboration, making everyone feel heard and valued
The leadership team is stacked with great talent. Unfortunately they get derailed by unnecessary distractions too often.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a super star in their field. There is a lot to learn from each other and many have a very mentoring attitude with others. I think its a great place to grow

They need to be held accountable
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture in my group is incredible. A huge group of people who support each other and have fun along the way.
