I get 5 wks paid vacation plus another 15 days in paid holiday leave. While I never use it all, I appreciate knowing it is there if I need it. We used to get to role some over too, which was highly valued as a benefit. But that was taken away from me when I took a new promotion a few yrs ago.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a field force, one is not compensated properly and the company's ambition of having zero carbon footprints is a bit of a stretch and imposing (to make headlines they have forced e-cars on everyone).

Salaries are below market rate. And it would be nice to have a stock plan that vests more regularly than 3 years.
