Great company, screwed up Aetna health insurance

Great place to work today

Good pay & Bonus with decent yearly share allocation. Strong pipeline which helps with job security and exciting project work and potential growth. However, workload is massive, leaders dont really support associates, poor focus on employee wellbeing and mental health. Unreasonable workload.

Great overall. Tons of learning thru collaboration with internal/external colleagues. Although the situation within Oncology Business Unit has been getting worse with bad managers who only talk and look out for themselves

I get 5 wks paid vacation plus another 15 days in paid holiday leave. While I never use it all, I appreciate knowing it is there if I need it. We used to get to role some over too, which was highly valued as a benefit. But that was taken away from me when I took a new promotion a few yrs ago.

As a field force, one is not compensated properly and the company's ambition of having zero carbon footprints is a bit of a stretch and imposing (to make headlines they have forced e-cars on everyone).

Salaries are below market rate. And it would be nice to have a stock plan that vests more regularly than 3 years.

Co-workers are fine, actually very good. Middle and upper management is disconnected, and railroads advice from experts in their fields. Everyday is a knife fight, in meetings, emails, and overall work. Worst of all are the processes and technology. This is not an advanced company....
