He served as Managing Director, Global Pharmaceuticals Division at Roussel Uclaf since 1990 and President & Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific & Japan for Hoechst Marion Roussel since 1995. He was a member of the Corporate Executive Team of GlaxoSmithKline PLC. He served as Senior Vice President and Regional Director at Japan of GlaxoSmithKline. He qualified as an accountant. His subsequent career in pharmaceuticals has given him extensive experience of the industry including finance and accounting; corporate strategy and planning; research and development; sales and marketing; business reorganisation; and business development. Mr. Dunoyer has been Chairman of the Board of G.S.K Japan Co.,Ltd. since January 2010. He has been the Chairman of GlaxoSmithKline K.K. He has been Executive Director at AstraZeneca PLC since November 1, 2013. He served as an Executive Director of JCR Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. since June 2010. He has an MBA from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Montreal. He has a Bachelor of Law degree from Paris University and also qualified as a Junior Certified Public Accountant in France in 1977. Mr. Dunoyer has an MBA from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales.
