What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really do believe that the company strives to put life ahead of work. If you need accommodation or flexibility, they will provide...as long as you get the job done
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get 5 wks paid vacation plus another 15 days in paid holiday leave. While I never use it all, I appreciate knowing it is there if I need it. We used to get to role some over too, which was highly valued as a benefit. But that was taken away from me when I took a new promotion a few yrs ago.
