Consistent Competative payment compared to market. This executive team will cut your bonuses and sit on their hands for 18 months before talking about raises or cola increases

They we're very upfront about that they we're in a restructuring phase. Definitely a startup feel

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer service issues, implementation issues, consistent late filings or not filing tax at all. Debiting funds from clients accounts without sending invoices
