What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually have leadership. It just does not exist.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They give all employees all benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An extra 10k a year, employee stock options, and 4 weeks of vacation.
I have a degree and experience and they pay me the minimum for the position. I clean, do paperwork, and work with patients. Im going three jobs in one and I dont get paid for it.

What are some of the best things about your team?
With the upper management not having a good team. I see it drawing the hole plant down. Used to be a great place to work. Got to put t in team. Lol

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
2 tier contract, makes a mess of everything
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Environment is fairly neutral. Rarely is it negative or positive.
They will listen to your input even if they don't intend on using it
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
With this 2 tier contract, it's hopeless. like I said, avoid this place at all cost
What did you like most about the interview process?
The amount of communication received.
Easy test. They are so desperate to get people they will act fast.

What makes you most happy at work?
I have my own office with a sit/stand desk, and parking is inside a secured area with armed guards.
