What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Many things, the hospital has had a bad reputation for a long long time and i thought it would of inproved bringing in and merging with Atlantic health but it did not.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Alot! Entire staff, its sad but people need to go. Old and new
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Screening them better, not just hiring anyone to do any job. It srarts at the top, HR was told in the hospital many times on the floorabout the rudeness of of the nurses and nothing was done!
