Workers and atmosphere miserable, no team work.

Horrible HR department/benefits and eligibility

My program often deals with a lot of red tape to get things done, as things must be approved by multiple departments (financial, legal). However, the company enables us to have greater reach and we get to do some amazing work with the community. I truly enjoy working in my position.

Helpful and fair regarding more serious matters, safety and health is a priority.

Basically everything, centra state needs to step up its game.

Its got a very good pension system

I work hard, its not fair that i get under- paid compaired to most companies.

Screening them better, not just hiring anyone to do any job. It srarts at the top, HR was told in the hospital many times on the floorabout the rudeness of of the nurses and nothing was done!

Turnover is not high in our department so we get to know each other and most people are friendly.

Alot! Entire staff, its sad but people need to go. Old and new

In order to make the company culture better. All managers need to audited on their integrity. People with adiquate experience should be moving up whenchigher roles open up. Managment overlooks real talent. They only look for the cheapest and most compliant individuals for promotions.

Clear discussion about position and responsibility

Expectations and duties are clearly described, applicants are screened and not many individuals are interviewed so they take time with their interviewees.

I truly enjoy the work that I do, and the flexibility of my position.

Many things, the hospital has had a bad reputation for a long long time and i thought it would of inproved bringing in and merging with Atlantic health but it did not.
