Assist each other for best quality outcome for patient

Quality employees who are passionate about their work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Screening them better, not just hiring anyone to do any job. It srarts at the top, HR was told in the hospital many times on the floorabout the rudeness of of the nurses and nothing was done!
