Getting to work on interesting problems
My coworkers, the work I do, and knowing that I get to go home at the end of the day.
I work for a company who makes a difference in the service we provide for the customers and in the communities we serves.
I love being able to talk to and assist my customer's to the best of my ability. I enjoy being at my best.
Learning new things and being challenged.
New management from top to bottom to get rid of the "good old boy" perception of management.
